A tender, leafy brassica with flavors similar to bok choy and broccoli.

Delicious both raw and cooked!

Storage Instructions

Store in a plastic zip top bag. Will last about two weeks in the refrigerator.

TO FREEZE: Blanch for 2 minutes, squeeze out excess moisture, and pack in freezer bags

 

Suggested Recipes

Raw:

  • Use for salad on its own or added to a lettuce mix

  • Thinly slice to incorporate into slaws

  • Asian inspired salad

Cooked:

 

Grower’s Notes

This delicious green is loved by humans and flea beetles alike :). Early spring plantings can tend to get pretty holey, but later successions will be covered with netted row cover to keep out the beetles. Fortunately, it’s just aesthetic and your tatsoi will taste and store perfectly.
