I’m determined to make this your new favorite vegetable!

Bulbs are crisp and nutty (think broccoli stem) and excellent roasted or grated for slaw. Leaves can be slow cooked like collards, or roasted into salty chips.

Storage Instructions

Bulbs: Remove stems and store bulbs in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator, or in a perforated plastic bag. Will last for several weeks in the refrigerator.

Leaves: Store in a plastic zip top bag. Will last about one week in the refrigerator.
